Jesse McCartney Featured in 2008 NFL/United Way Thanksgiving Halftime Show

The 11th Annual NFL & United Way Thanksgiving Halftime Show featured multi-platinum recording artist, Jesse McCartney. The show aired live on Thursday, November 27, 2008 during the 12:30 p.m. (ET) game between the Detroit Lions and the Tennessee Titans on CBS.

McCartney’s live performance was the highlight of the halftime show, which focused on United Way and NFL’s commitment to youth health and fitness. The show encouraged young fans to get 60 minutes of exercise each day, as part of NFL PLAY 60, the league’s youth health and fitness campaign.
